Virtual Group Visit Request Form

    Oglethorpe University's Office of Admission is excited for the opportunity to meet your students and connect with them virtually to provide an engaging and informative experience. We look forward to sharing with your group what makes Oglethorpe a special place to learn and grow. 

    Virtual Group Visits may include an information session with an Admission Counselor, a guided virtual tour of campus, or a student panel. You will have the option to select the components of your visit below based on what you feel would be most beneficial to your students. 
    Note: The length of the visit can vary based on the components selected. 

    Group visits are offered on weekdays throughout the academic year. Each request is considered individually based on the availability of Admission staff and student tour guides. While we strive to accommodate as many groups as possible, please know that submitting this request does not guarantee our ability to host your group or reserve your requested date.
