Group Visit Request Form
Oglethorpe University's Office of Admission is excited for the opportunity to meet your students and provide an engaging and informative campus visit. Our Group Visit option is available to groups of 15-75 students that include high school juniors and/or seniors. We ask that you bring at least 1 chaperone for every 15 students.
Group Visits include an information session with an Admission Counselor and a student-led campus tour, lasting approximately two hours.
Group visits are generally offered on Mondays throughout the academic year. Each request is considered individually based on the availability of campus spaces, Admission staff, and student tour guides. While we strive to accommodate all groups that meet our criteria, please know that submitting this request does not guarantee our ability to host your group or reserve your requested date. For groups over 25 individuals, the Office of Admission does require a minimum of a six week notice.
Please note that we are not able to host nor accommodate any form of lunch service.
Visiting groups will be required to agree to our
Group Visit Terms & Guidelines
prior to submitting a request.
