An incomplete grade may be assigned at the end of a semester when something beyond your control prevents you from completing or submitting your coursework.
To be eligible for an incomplete you must:
-Currently have a passing grade in the course
-Be able to complete unfinished work without attending additional courses
-NOT be on Academic Probation. If you are on academic probation and submit this form, the "I", even if approved by the instructor, will revert to a "F" in order to evaluate academic standing as stated in the University Bulletin
